jilive reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, SSS/UMID, or driver's license) as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jilive Account credentials, including your password and any linked GCash or Maya account access. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilive will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account information must remain accurate at all times. Any change to your registered mobile number, name, or contact details must be reported to jilive Customer Support with supporting documentation. Changes to the registered name require KYC re-verification.
jilive reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its reasonable discretion where it suspects fraudulent activity, terms violations, money laundering, or other conduct inconsistent with lawful gaming operations. In cases of suspected fraud, jilive may withhold funds pending investigation and, if warranted, report the matter to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All financial transactions on the jilive Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is performed; no FX markup fees are applied by jilive. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., your bank, GCash, Maya) are the responsibility of the Player.
Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Deposit methods accepted on the jilive Platform include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. jilive does not accept cash deposits directly. Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used to fund the account, or to verified bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's verified name. jilive reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not completed full KYC verification. The parties agree that Philippine courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents jilive from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
